1. Who handles your information

For privacy questions or requests to access or correct information, email runningmanbenpao@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Please use your account or ordering email address so we can verify your identity.
2. Information involved in using the website
- Registration and accounts: The username, name and email address you provide, together with login, password-reset and necessary account-setting records.
- Orders and billing: Selected courses or services, order numbers, amounts, payment status, billing name, and the contact and billing details entered at checkout. Necessary delivery details are also used when an order actually requires shipping.
- Courses and fulfilment: Courses associated with your account and communications about material delivery, plus product links, brand materials, sample details, requirements and communications needed to perform the service you ordered.
- Customer support: Emails, explanations, order screenshots and evidence you provide for cancellations, returns or refunds.
- Sessions and technical information: Cookies maintaining login, cart and language preferences; access and troubleshooting records may include IP addresses, browser and device information.
Provide only information necessary to complete your order or resolve the issue. Do not send full card numbers, account passwords or verification codes by ordinary email.
3. Why information is used
We use relevant information to create and maintain accounts, preserve carts, verify payments, process orders, manually send purchased course materials, coordinate purchased services, send necessary fulfilment notices, provide after-sales support, and handle account security, transaction disputes and matters required by applicable law.
Fields marked as required on registration or checkout forms are needed for the corresponding step. Without necessary email, account or billing information, you may be unable to register, complete payment, receive fulfilment notices or have an after-sales request verified. Optional information is your choice. Additional information needed for a particular service is described on its product page or during fulfilment communications.
If you receive marketing emails, use their unsubscribe instructions or contact us with your request. Necessary messages about existing orders, account security and course delivery may still be sent.
4. Cookies and language preferences
Login and session cookies maintain your account status. Cart cookies retain shopping contents and checkout sessions. Blocking these cookies may affect login, adding items or checkout.
When you actively switch between Chinese and English, a preference cookie named tk_language remembers the choice for 180 days. Selecting a language again resets that period. You can also clear this cookie in your browser and choose again.
The current payment-page device handling uses an uprimer_dev cookie to distinguish mobile and desktop visits for approximately 30 minutes, so it can select a suitable payment presentation.
Your browser lets you inspect, delete or restrict cookies. External payment pages and other external websites explain their own cookies and information handling in their respective privacy notices.
5. Payment information and necessary sharing
The payment provider or bank actually selected at checkout processes payment. The website uses payment status and transaction information needed to reconcile the order; we do not store complete bank card details. Check the payee details and provider’s privacy notice on the relevant payment screen.
We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties. To fulfil a purchase, necessary information may be provided to payment and settlement providers, carriers where delivery is involved, creators or other service personnel you have agreed to work with, and authorities legally entitled to request it. Sharing should be limited to the relevant transaction, fulfilment or legal requirement.
If your selected payment, delivery or service involves another region, the relevant providers may process necessary information where they operate. You can email support to ask about information recipients and purposes relating to a specific order.
6. Retention, account security and external websites
The scope and duration of account, order and communication records depend on course or service delivery, accounting, refunds, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Different records may require different retention periods. Contact us to ask about your specific records or request deletion.
Protect your password and email access, and sign out on shared devices. External platforms, creator profiles and payment links may have independent information-handling rules; read their notices when visiting them.
7. Access, correction and other requests
You may email support to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to request action concerning account details, marketing notices or deletion. Identify the relevant account, order number if available, and your request. We will verify identity and handle the request according to the records concerned, fulfilment needs and applicable law. Some order, accounting or dispute records may need to be retained when processing account closure or deletion requests.
